We take a very simple approach to shipping costs, taking into account where you are at we charge based on the cumulative prices of the items in your cart at time of purchase.

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

We provide domestic and international shipping. However, due to the security reasons, we can’t deliver to military areas.

We use a variety of international carriers who will shepherd your items through customs in your country. Then they will hand your package off to the local postal authority for final delivery to your home.

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 10-15 business days for shipping to the US and 15-20 business days for international shipping.

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email. 

You should see tracking events about 48-72 hours after you receive the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment has left our fulfillment center.

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Occasionally, the tracking information will seem "stuck" because local postal authorities may not update their public tracking information databases as frequently as some commercial shippers, but rest assured your package is on its way! (We even had one package received by the customer when the tracking information showed it still at the export facility overseas.)

When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depends on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged an extra fee for the the import tax or final delivery, sometimes due to your shipping address being in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.

We offer a safe shopping experience and accept payment via Paypal Express Checkout, Amazon Pay, Shopify Payments by Stripe, or Credit Cards Debit Cards. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollars, but our systems will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing your order.
